Kent Andersen is the founder of Tall Hat Foods, where he combines decades of culinary expertise with deep experience in food manufacturing and product development. A Certified Master Chef, Kent has built his career around helping restaurants, retailers, and foodservice companies scale through innovative sauces, soups, and custom products that balance creativity with operational efficiency. Drawing on his background in both kitchens and large-scale production, he leads Tall Hat Foods with a focus on flexible manufacturing, quality, and helping brands bring their culinary vision to market.
